Welcome to Bey Legacy Contracting LLC (“BLC”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling any service.
1. Services Provided
BLC provides professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, stain removal, and maintenance plans.
All services are performed using safe, professional methods (including biodegradable detergents and pure-water systems) as described in our service packages.
2. Estimates & Pricing

Prices are based on square footage, project size, and package selection.

Minimum service charges apply:

Residential Basic Wash: $150 minimum

House Wash Plus: $275 minimum

Premium Curb Appeal: $375 minimum

Custom quotes are provided for storefronts, quarterly maintenance plans, and add-ons.

Written or digital estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Booking & Scheduling
-
Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers must provide accurate property details before booking.

Weather conditions may affect scheduling. BLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions (storms, freezing temperatures, etc.).
4. Payments

A deposit may be required for certain jobs before scheduling.

Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or electronic payments (as arranged).

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week past due.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

Provide clear access to water, electricity (if required), and service areas.

Remove vehicles, furniture, plants, and fragile items from work areas.

Notify BLC of any pre-existing damage or concerns before service begins.

Keep children and pets clear of service areas during work.
6. Limitations & Liability

While we take every precaution, BLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, peeling paint, oxidized surfaces, or deteriorated materials affected during cleaning.

We are not liable for damage caused by improperly installed or already-compromised building materials.

Customers acknowledge that some stains (oil, rust, oxidation, graffiti, etc.) may not be fully removable.

BLC maintains insurance coverage for work performed.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
-
If BLC cancels due to weather or unforeseen issues, customers will be rescheduled at the next available time.
8. Maintenance Plans
-
Quarterly and ongoing service plans require a signed agreement.
-
Plans may include reports, photos, and priority scheduling.

Customers may cancel maintenance plans with 30 days’ written notice.
9. Commercial Projects & Travel
-
BLC services Peoria and Central Illinois, with extended service available in IA/IN for qualifying commercial jobs.

Travel charges may apply for out-of-area projects.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, notify us within 48 hours and we will return for a reasonable touch-up at no additional cost.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Illinois.
